Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, please contact us at care@poshlana.com and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
