RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@poshlana.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.

Free return shipping is available for approved returns using the provided return label.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
– Beauty and cosmetic products
– Personal care items
– Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required for verification.
