RETURNS

United States:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


To initiate a return, please contact us at care@poshlana.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions. Free return shipping is available for approved returns.

International Returns

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia:

Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept general returns for orders shipped outside the United States.


Exchanges are only available in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


To request an exchange or refund for such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement (exchange) or a refund as appropriate.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, fit, preference, or change of mind on international orders.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
– Beauty and cosmetic products
– Personal care items
– Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

If your refund has not been received after this timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required for verification.
